Regulation and Consulting

The current Mexican regulatory framework applies to infrastructure projects, such as transportation, storage and distribution of natural gas, LPG, refined products and petrochemicals, as well as to commercial and environmental matters. One of the primary objectives of the current regulatory framework is to foster transparency in public tenders given the opportunities that will be generated in the production chain and in concurrent elements of the investment.
