Rights of Way and Land Acquisition

RDA’s expertise in rights of way essentially makes the firm one of the most experienced in the country. We design the legal and negotiation strategies to be used with landowners. We also handle the various regulatory aspects that apply to the different areas and associated activities, as well as the legal procedures for acquisition and registration of the rights of way. 

The firm also takes charge of meeting all legal requirements to obtain the necessary permits, authorizations, application procedures issued by different authorities such as the water-management regulators, cross-border permits with the CILA, crossing permits with the SCT, and authorizations with the INAH, among many others.
