On April 9, 2020, the National Energy Control Center ("CENACE") published in the Federal Official Gazette ("DOF") the resolution that modifies the diverse by which is declared the suspension of terms and deadlines in the acts and procedures carried out before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center, from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, April 19, 2020 (the "Amending Resolution"), in accordance with the following:

• The Amending Resolution extends the suspension of the terms and conditions in the acts and procedures carried out before the Administrative Units of the CENACE, until Thursday, April 30, 2020.
• The Amending Resolution indicates that all other provisions set forth in the original resolution published in the DOF on April 1, 2020, shall continue to have legal effect under the terms set therein.
