On April 7^th, 2020, the Energy Regulatory Commission ("CRE") published in the Federal Official Gazette ("DOF") the resolution that amends the related resolution number A/010/2020, which establishes the suspension of legal deadlines and terms at the Energy Regulatory Commission, as a measure to prevent and combat the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19, in order to extend the suspension period (the "Resolution"), in accordance with the following:

• Due to the health emergency caused by force majeure declared by the General Health Council and generated by the COVID-19 Coronavirus, as well as the extraordinary actions established by the Ministry of Health, the suspension period of the legal terms and deadlines in the CRE is extended until April 30, 2020.
• Any actions, requests, applications or promotions made before the CRE during the period indicated in the previous point will be understood to have been made on May 4^th, 2020, as this is considered the first working day following the suspension of terms referred to in the Resolution.
• Finally, under the terms of the Resolution, the CRE's Executive Secretary is capable to provide the necessary working days and hours during the suspension period, so that the CRE's Governing Body, as well as its Administrative Units, within the scope of their competence, may provide information on the matters they deem necessary.
