As Senior Associate at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados, Ricardo A. Villarreal has specialised in consulting services on corporate and real estate matters. His previous experience was heavily focused on corporate regulation, preparation, review and negotiation of all types of contracts, as well as carrying out legal audits. He has collaborated on projects related to the Public Registry of Commerce. Additionally, Ricardo has worked on foreign investment projects. He has collaborated on the planning, advising and negotiating for the acquisition of properties, audits and research concerning corporate and real estate matters.

He earned a Law and Finance Degree at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
