Montserrat Pérez Ríos is associate in Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. She specializes in legal advisory on the energy sector, she also has experience with regulatory procedures, including the attainment and management of various permits before several governmental authorities. This includes permits concerning the storage, distribution transportation, commercialization and public distribution of hydrocarbons, petroleum products and petrochemicals.

She has participated and consulted several companies in arbitral procedures in the private energy sector, as well as corporate and contractual matters.

During her previous experience, she was an associate at González de Cossío Abogados where she acquired experience in the energy sector and contractual matters, she was also a law clerk in Ogarrio Daguerre where she acquired experience in corporate and intellectual property law. She obtained her Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana of Mexico City.
