Jonathan Ramírez is a Consultant at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. He has over 5 years of experience in the development of projection models such as, asset base, investments, costs and estimates of demand for services and products for regulated companies of the energy sector. He focuses his practice in the design and development of maximum rates models applicable to regulated companies in the field of transportation, distribution, and storage of hydrocarbons. He participated in the development of the rate model for transportation and storage for Pemex Logística infrastructure. He is an expert in analysis and determination of the corresponding maximum price of the natural gas subject to first hand sales and the reference prices for LP gas and liquid fuels. He also participated in the assessment of the necessities of additional capacity as a result from applying the Minimum Storage Public Policy. He has participated in several five-year reviews process, determining of the maximum rates for transportation, distribution and storage. 

During his prior experience, Jonathan was an assistant professor at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas or CIDE) in the Department of Mathematics. He also served as assistant researcher at the School of Physics and Mathematics of the National Polytechnic Institute (Instituto Politécnico Nacional or IPN) and the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (Centro de Investigación y Estudios Avanzados or CINVESTAV-IPN). 

He earned a Physics and Mathematics degree at School of Physics and Mathematics of IPN. He has a Master's in Economics from the CIDE. He has taken courses in Finance, Regulation of public services, Spatial Statistics and Econometrics.
