Jonathan Ramírez is Consultant at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. He specializes in the development of numerical components in energy projects such as costs, asset base, investments and estimates of demand for services and products for regulated companies. He is an expert in the preparation of transmission, storage and distribution pricing models for regulated companies in the field of hydrocarbons and petroleum products. He worked developing tariff models and their assessment for transportation and storage for Pemex Logística. He analyses hydrocarbons prices in the value chain: first hand sales, transportation, and storage. He has also participated in preparing expert reports to be submitted in judicial procedures (amparo). Jonathan prepared the impact analysis of additional capacity related to the Minimum Storage Public Policy.
During his previous work experience, Jonathan was a professor at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas or CIDE) in the Department of Mathematics. He also served as assistant researcher at the School of Physics and Mathematics of the National Polytechnic Institute (Instituto Politécnico Nacional or IPN) and the Center for Research and Advanced Studies (Centro de Investigación y Estudios Avanzados or CINVESTAV-IPN).
He earned a degree in Physics and Mathematics at the Escuela Superior de Física y Matemáticas. He has a Master's Degree in Economics from the CIDE. He has taken courses in Spatial Statistics and Econometrics, and on Sustainable Systems: Renewable Hydrogen Energy at the Mexican Society of Hydrogen.
