We inform you that on April 1, 2020, the National Energy Control Center ("CENACE") published in the Federal Official Gazette ("DOF") a resolution declaring the suspension of terms and deadlines in the acts and procedures carried out before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center, from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, April 19, 2020 (the "Resolution").
We inform you that on April 1, 2020, the National Energy Control Center ("CENACE") published in the Federal Official Gazette ("DOF") a resolution declaring the suspension of terms and deadlines in the acts and procedures carried out before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center, from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, April 19, 2020 (the "Resolution"), in accordance with the following:
- The deadlines and terms in the acts and procedures carried out before the Administrative Units of CENACE are suspended, during the period from Thursday 26 March to Sunday 19 April 2020. Therefore, the deadlines for the procedures carried out before the Administrative Units of CENACE by the public will not apply during that period.
- The necessary days and hours are set aside during this period so that the CENACE's Board of Directors and its Administrative Units, within the scope of their competence, can provide information on the matters they consider necessary.
- During the period referred to in this Resolution, the official office of the parties of CENACE shall remain open, for the purpose of receiving any written, notice or report, from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.
- The suspension referred to in this Resolution includes, but is not limited to, all the procedures related to the Interconnection and Connection Request Service System (SIASIC), and that are derived from the Manual for the Interconnection of Power Plants and Connection of Load Centers.
- Likewise, the receipt of Guarantee Instruments referred to in the Compliance Guarantee Manual, for the purpose of Market Participants to maintain the Guaranteed Payment Amount at a level equivalent to the higher of (i) the minimum value of the Basic Compliance Guarantee and (ii) the Estimated Aggregate Responsibility, is excluded from the provisions of this Resolution.
