Marco Jurídico para la Implementación de la Nueva Estrategia Anticorrupción en México

La nueva Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas (conocida comúnmente como la “Ley Tres de Tres”) fue publicada el 18 de julio del 2016 y entrará en vigor el 19 de julio de este año abrogando a la anterior Ley Federal de Responsabilidades Administrativas de los Servidores Públicos. Esta Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas junto con la Ley General del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción y la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa publicadas mediante el mismo decreto entrarán en vigor y tendrán efectos plenos a partir del 19 de julio del presente año. Estos ordenamientos en su conjunto se perciben como la piedra angular de la estrategia nacional para evitar y erradicar la corrupción en el país.
