Mauricio Jaury is Senior Associate at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. His practice focuses on criminal law. He has been legally and materially responsible for recovery and release in the field of rights of way, often in cooperation with military and federal authorities. His expertise is in criminal proceedings, procedures to recover rights of way, protecting the legal certainty of contractors involved in construction projects, transmission of all types of assets required in the development of projects in the energy sector.
He has participated in construction projects such as the Burgos-Monterrey pipeline project; Los Ramones Phase I and Phase II, Zapotlanejo Terminal in Jalisco; the first private pipeline for the transmission of petrochemicals in Mexico between the Ciudad Pemex, Nuevo Pemex and Cactus processing centers with the Ethylene XXI complex.
He is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
He received his Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM or National Autonomous University of Mexico). He earned a degree in Criminal Law through the Universidad del Valle de México. He also has a Degree in Oral Litigation Techniques from Universidad Ius Semper. Courses: Ethics in the Rights of Way Profession and Land Acquisition Principle taught by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and the Rights of Way Association (Asociación Mexicana de Derecho de Vía or ADDV).
