Karina Cruz García is an Associate at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. She specializes in advice on energy legal matters and the areas of focus are the obtaining and administration of Government permits, she has an extensive experience in negotiations with all levels of Government. She has participated and advised different companies in bidding procedures with the Federal Electricity Commission also with local and Federal authorities, among these is the closure of Bordo Poniente phase 1 and 2, She has also participated in the design of the Energy Plan for the State of Guerrero 2015-2021,  likewise she participated in obtaining rights of way and the interconnections in Federal and concession highways for storage and distribution plants of Gas on wheels.

During her experience she has participated in successful Political Campaigns, she has participated in obtaining all the corresponding permits for vehicles verification centers in the State of Hidalgo, she has extensive Notarial experience.

She studied Law at the University Anahuac México Norte. She is member of the National Association of Company Lawyers, Bar Association A.C.” (ANADE), of the “Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation”, of the “Association of International Petroleum Negotiators” (AIPN), of the “Institute for Energy Law of the Center for American and International Law”.
