Ignacio Vera Estrada is an Adviser at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. His practice is focused on Telecommunications and Energy. He is also experienced in Technology and Media.
His previous experience included the position of head of the Infrastructure Area at Avalerroux, and working as a senior associate at Dentons López Velarde. Prior to this, he was in charge of the Sub-directorate of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. He also collaborated with the Federal Telecommunications Commission (currently the Federal Institute of Telecommunications) where he formed part of the Legal Area and Information Committee for nearly ten years.
He is a certified arbitrator for the Florida Supreme Court and Consultant on E-Arbitration for the International Court of Conciliation and Arbitration of MERCOSUR /ALCA.
He is a lawyer and Doctoral candidate in Law at the Universidad Panamericana where he founded the subject of Legal Aspects of Information Technologies and Electronic Commerce. He has completed two Master's degrees abroad focused on Technologies, Media and Telecommunications, and Rights in economic integration.
He is co-author of four books and several articles in his fields of expertise.
