Araceli Galván-Duque Rivero is a Senior Associate at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. Her practice focuses on corporate, environmental and regulatory law. She specializes in consulting projects on the distribution, storage and transmission of natural gas and other hydrocarbons. She has participated in the main energy infrastructure projects in Mexico, like the "Los Ramones" project, providing legal and regulatory consulting; she has also participated in several bidding processes for the delivery of natural gas transmission services, conducted by the Federal Electricity Commission. She has contributed to the negotiation of various transmission contracts, ISDA and NAESB contracts; she has participated in the review of legal audits as well as the handling of economic competition issues before the Federal Competition Commission.
During her prior experience she was an intern and associate of the law office of Jones Day México, S.C. (previously De Ovando y Martínez del Campo, S.C.) working in the area of corporate law, economic competition and immigration.
She received her Law Degree from the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte and at the Université Catholique de Lyon. She received her Master's Degree in Policy, Management and Environmental Law at the Universidad Anáhuac México.
