Andrés Morales is Senior Associate at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados. He has solid experience in immigration law. His practice covers as well Administrative Law, Regulatory Law and all aspects regarding permits involving Public Service Stations dispensing Gasoline and Diesel, Storage, and Trading with the Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión Reguladora de Energía or CRE). Likewise, he participated in obtaining process and management of permits related to storage facilities and oil refined transportation pipelines. He participated in the legal review of trading and credit agreements between Pemex Transformación Industrial and stations service. He provided legal advisory services regarding industrial and operational safety and environmental protection.
As prior experience, he worked at the National Institute of Migration. He was also an intern at the law office of A.G. Arévalo S.C.
He earned his Law Degree at the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a diploma in Control and Transparency in the Public Administration. He received his Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Universidad del Valle de México. He also has completed studies on Energy Regulations offered by the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and courses on Migration Law and the Regulations of the Migration Law from the National Institute of Migration (Instituto Nacional de Migración).
