He is an external consultant to Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados in labor matters. With almost 30 years of experience, his professional practice has been oriented to labor law with an emphasis on labor litigation with the relevant labor courts (Conciliation Boards of this matter).
His vast experience has allowed him to be the external lawyer of strategic companies such as PEMEX, CFE, INFONAVIT, ISSSTE; banks such as NAFIN, BANOBRAS, companies of various types such as pharmaceuticals, transportation, machinery, infrastructure, food, construction companies, subsidiaries of transnational companies, among many others. Throughout all this time, he has been profoundly aware of updating his skills in the judicial criteria and the labor procedures. The firm undoubtedly is enriched with Miguel as leading figure in labor matters. He was designated arbitrator to solve the litigation between CENACE and the SUTERM.
He is President of the Labor Law Commission of the Mexican Bar Association and member of the Labor Law Academy of the National Bar Association since 1995.
He obtained his law degree from the UNAM, (“National Autonomous University of Mexico”) with honors. His professional thesis was a proposal to be incorporated to article 937 bis into the Federal Labor Law (Need To Setting Up A Deadline For The Request For Strike Imputability").
He has given countless seminars and conferences on labor matters.
