We inform you that on June 22, 2020, the Ministry of Economy published in the Federal Official Gazette ("DOF") the project of authorization for the constitution of a Specific Chamber of Industry with national circumscription, which represents the Hydrocarbon Industry sector (the "Authorization Project"), in which we highlight the following points:

• The ONEXPO Nacional, A.C., as a Promoter Group, through the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of Mexico ("CONCAMIN"), requested to the Ministry of Economy the authorization to constitute a specific chamber of industry with national circumscription, with respect to the hydrocarbons industry sector, project which was approved by the Ministry of Economy.

• The Ministry of Economy provides that those who have a legal interest in the Authorization Project may submit their comments within sixty calendar days following its publication in the DOF.

• Therefore, the Ministry of Economy makes available to interested parties the file containing the background of the Authorization Project, which can be consulted by requesting an appointment at camaras.empresariales@economia.gob.mx
